Windows Server 2008 MCITP Certifications
There are two MCITP Certifications on Windows Server 2008. They are
MCITP Server
Administrator (SA) and MCITP Enterprise Administrator (EA).
MCITP: Server Administrator
The MCITP: Server Administrator identifies you with the knowledge and skills to
perform day-to-day management of servers in Windows Servers 2008. While it's not
a direct match, many people associate the MCITP Server Administrator as being similar
to the MCSA in Server 2003.

To earn your MCITP: Server Administrator certification, you must pass three certification
exams. The exams are:

Notice that the MCITP Server Administrator certification doesn't require a desktop
exam such as Windows 7. The MCITP Enterprise Administrator exam does require a desktop
exam.

The MCITP: Windows Server 2008 Server Administrator Certification
Kit includes study guides for all the MCITP Server Administrator exams.

MCITP: Enterprise Administrator
The MCITP: Enterprise Administrator identifies you with the knowledge and skills
needed to perform advanced networking tasks including infrastructure design using
Windows Server 2008 products. While it's not a direct match, many people associate
the MCITP Enterprise Administrator as being similar to the MCSE in Server 2003.

To earn your MCITP: Enterprise Administrator certification, you must pass five certification
exams. The exams are:

- 70-620, Configuring Microsoft Windows Vista Client
- 70-624, TS: Deploying and Maintaining Windows Vista Client and 2007 Microsoft Office
